- Manage technicians
The Wagon Foreman is the key person responsible for ensuring Wagons are provided to Ops Dept. He is the key person responsible for minimising Maintenance costs and utilisation of tools and material. He is the key person to ensure workplace safety.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent degree.
Experience:
- 5 years relevant experience.
- Experience with a Freight Railway will be an advantage.
Competencies:
- Self-motivated, good leader, tenacious, perfectionist.
