المهام والوصف الوظيفي:

• Determines requirements by working with customers. Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Maintains call center database by entering information.
  Requirements
• Customer Focus, Customer Service, Data Entry Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Verbal Communication, Building Relationships, People Skills, Interpersonal Savvy, Problem Solving, Multi-tasking. Previous experience in a customer support role. Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening- English, and Arabic
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
